A free consultation (up to 30 minutes) can take place both via Google Meet and by phone. It is intended for an initial conversation with the client to get acquainted with the problem, as well as for the client to feel whether my services are appropriate for them at that time.

After signing up for the first paid consultation, the client receives forms to fill out via email.

After signing up for the first paid coaching session, I contact the client by phone to discuss the topic of the individual session or the coaching process.
